Owner portal access will be provided to active BMS clients when portal tools are enabled. For now, owners can use this page to understand what BMS plans to make available and how to contact BMS about property management support.

Owner portal access is planned for active BMS owner clients. Until a dedicated portal is enabled, BMS will communicate owner updates through approved business communication channels and written agreements.

Start with a property assessment

If you are not yet a BMS client, the first step is to request a property assessment so BMS can understand your property, goals, current challenges, and service needs.

Data safety: Do not upload or submit sensitive documents through this website. BMS does not collect SSNs, bank logins, credit card data, credit/background data, or tenant screening information through public website forms.
