Tenant portal access may be provided to tenants in BMS-managed properties when portal tools are enabled. For now, tenants can use the Tenant Support page to review instructions and submit maintenance requests.

If there is immediate danger, fire, flooding, active electrical hazard, gas smell, or a life-safety emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service first. Then notify BMS as soon as it is safe.
Website forms and WhatsApp are not emergency services.
Payments: Do not submit rent, deposits, fees, bank information, credit card information, or payment information through this website.
